About
This isn’t a series of gym reviews or a bodybuilder’s dear diary. This isn’t an instruction manual. It’s a learning curve that bends around the globe. It’s an experience I want to share, an adventure that may contain as many bitter truths as gems of wisdom. Whatever else it is, it’s going to be one hell of a story.
My name is Tom Caru. I’m 23 and live in Australia. This is my travel blog; a fitness odyssey across oceans and continents in search of knowledge.
I was a writer with all the cliche hang-ups; drinking, smoking…not writing. Now I’m a gym nut and aspiring personal trainer who aims to visit 80 gyms spread around the world. How did I get from one to the other?
